We are growing and looking for a strong administrator with excellent people skills to join our fast paced recruitment team
**Within this role you’ll be responsible for**:
- Collecting compliance - reference checks, police checks, Working rights details etc
- Generating contracts
- Providing administrative support in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Responding to enquiries
To be successful in this role you’ll need
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Recruitment admin or coordinator experience
- Ability to optimize recruitment and compliance software
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills & the ability to multitask
- Excellent initiative and drive
- Strong administration skills are essential
- A telephone manner - comfortable picking up the phone & having a conversation
