**What does the team do?**

We are responsible for the recruitment delivery of technical and professional roles across the business. These are your typical white collar or staff positions. It is important to us to find the right people to come in and support our teams throughout all MinRes locations; allowing them to deliver on business goals and targets.

The team is highly regarded within MinRes; working together in close partnership with Hiring Leaders to source the best people to meet our current and future business needs. The roles we work on span the complete breadth of the organisation; from Senior Leadership to Administration, and everything in between.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Providing an end-to-end recruitment service that supports the ongoing demands of existing sites and future projects
- Providing specialised recruitment advice and guidance to hiring leaders
- Talent pooling for niche and hard to fill positions across the business

**You and your expertise**
- Experience recruiting in Mining/ Crushing/ Processing/ Mobile Maintenance industries, or other similar areas
- Expertise utilising active and passive recruitment strategies to source high calibre professionals
- Confident to deliver a quality service when faced with competing demands and challenges
- Strong sense of team; we collaborate closely and support each other continuously
