**What's the job?**

The R&B Marketing Manager will support growth in revenues across the Restaurants & Bars operations at Crowne Plaza Sydney Coogee Beach.

You will be responsible for creating successful targeted, localized digital marketing campaigns that speak to the brand of the outlet of focus, optimizing current, compelling, differentiated content at key steps in the digital journey, effectively leveraging outlet initiatives and campaigns through marketing activities and campaigns, being a guardian & custodian of the brand, and ensuring all touch points reflect the brand standards and overall strategy.

**What we need from you**
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency, New Zealand citizenship, or unrestricted working rights (required - no sponsorship available)
- 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Digital marketing, Brand management, or Marketing Communications in restaurants, bars or hospitality
- Experience in managing multi-stakeholder relationships
- Ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects and properties
- Ability to work independently, being a strong executer, ensuring accountability and performance
- A proactive approach, with a strong drive for team results and a track record of achievement
- Demonstrated ability to approach situations with analysis, clarity, leadership, time management and prioritisation; develop strategic marketing plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets
- Ability to analyse, identify key issues, interpret and extract trends from data
- An understanding of market trends and customer needs and the market research process
- Understand and proficient in the media planning process
- Ability to work with creative agencies and stakeholders
- Competency in allocating resources, controlling expenses and working within pre-determined budgets
- Demonstrated expertise of digital marketing as well as traditional marketing
- Creativity, innovativeness and continual awareness of new technology trends in the restaurant industry
- Proficiency in Google Ads, InDesign and other Adobe Creative Cloud products is a must, as you will oversee and maintain all in-venue collateral with a focus on menus
- Strong communication skills in English, with experience in writing compelling marketing copy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
