AquaBuddies Swim School is a boutique swim school specialising in learn to swim and infant aquatics. We currently have 2 locations in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs with plans to continue our expansion.

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to help support the Managing director in the daily operations of both venues. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that our programs are delivered with a high level of professionalism and commitment to our company values.

We need someone that has experience leading a small team and understands that they will be required to work some weekends, as this this not a regular 9 to 5 role.

To be successful in the position you would possess the following skills
- Proactive attitude with a positive, can-do approach.
- Fantastic customer service skills with the ability to problem solve and communicate in a timely manner.
- Managing and executing enrolment processes + database management, using iclaspro.
- Supervision and management of the team through regular meetings and communication and ensuring that our program deliverables are met.
- Identifying and implementing areas for staff training and development.
- Overseeing facility cleaning and maintenance plan.
- Implementation of marketing strategy and events.
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are followed at all times and reviewed in a timely manner.
- Strong swim teaching skills with accreditation from a relevant governing body.
- Highly organized with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety/ Swim Australia Teacher
- Current CPR
- Working with children check
- First aid
- Previous experience in an similar role

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
