**What’s the job?**

Under the direction and guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Front Office whilst on duty, including (but not limited to) Reception, Concierge/Porter services to deliver a unique guest experience that brings the brand to life.

**What we need from you**

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration and four years’ guest service/hotel experience with two years in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Full working rights in Australia

First aid and basic CPR certification

A NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
