Muscle Mat is growing and we're looking for an organised, proactive and marketing savvy coordinator to support ecommerce + digital execution across AU / US / NZ.

As our Ecommerce Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online store, ensuring products, campaigns, and content are always accurate, on-brand, and optimised for performance.

You'll work closely with our marketing, creative, and operations teams to support product launches, sales events, and daily site maintenance. This role is perfect for someone who's hands-on, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You will:


• Plan, schedule + brief EDMs and email flows


• Coordinate ecommerce activities across Shopify, Amazon & TikTok Shop (3 regions)


• Manage product listings, imagery, optimisation + metadata


• Report on sale performance, product trends + category insights


• Reply to social comments in brand voice + flag emerging themes


• Extract + summarise customer feedback across platforms


• Liaise with web designers on creative updates + CRO improvements


• Track competitor movements + rising social trends by region

Who you are:


• Self-motivated, accountable and thrives in a small, fast-moving team


• Structured, organised + detail-focused


• Loves ecommerce, data + conversion optimisation


• Naturally strong written communicator with good brand-voice instinct


• Confident juggling multiple platforms + multi-region calendars


• A genuine self-starter, sees what needs to be done + does it

Required experience:


• 2–3 years in ecommerce / digital marketing


• Shopify


• Klaviyo


• Amazon Seller Central


• Canva OR basic Figma

This role is hybrid — partially from our Coogee office.
