**Job Description** Who we are looking for**

As a rule, we're all passionate about the world of investment so we hope you are too As a team constantly breaking new ground, we care more about your attitude and willingness to grow than the experience you already have. With that said, for this role there are a few things that might help you stand out, including:

- Energy
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative, account support position or account management position
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that liaises with a variety of internal & external stakeholders
- Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize your workflow & manage your time efficiently
- Positive, proactive and solution-oriented

**The opportunity**

As a Junior Partnerships Manager, you will be the gateway between some of Australia's leading investment professionals and ASX listed businesses and the retail investment market. As part of our Partnerships team, you will begin by assisting in the onboard, manage and support a fast-growing list of clients. Some of the day-to-day things you will do include:

- Build and maintain relationships with our clients
- Deliver solution oriented consulting support through the provision of access to our products for clients seeking to grow their footprint in the investment space
- Onboarding corporate customers and setting up their products and services
- Inducting customers onto our live reporting dashboard
- Manage the successful delivery of products and services to customers
- Liaise with internal writers and content team to deliver products and services in a timely manner
- Deals management and closing
- Publish adverts, and articles and send mailouts
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
