**Day-to-day this might include**:
- Managing client relationships with key insurers across Workers Compensation, Life Insurance and Compulsory Third Party schemes
- Building and driving strong partnerships with key insurers by demonstrating shared values and outcomes
- Monitoring performance of the client’s portfolio and building the value proposition of our offering
- Delivering insights and monthly reporting to clients
- Working with teams to support, coach and deliver service innovation
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients on innovation to develop programs and products in addressing client needs and deliver outcomes
- Developing strategies and plans that address barriers in achieving return to work, return to function or health goals
- Embedding systems and processes in the management and delivery of claims outcomes

**What you need to have**:
**You have life-changing skills and experience**:
- Builds and fosters partnerships with key clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of insurer performance metrics and ability in meeting service agreement KPIs
- Strong focus on quality outcomes and service standards
- Capability in data reporting and analytics
- Ability to provide training and coaching to internal and external stakeholders
- Relevant Allied Health qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation or related field
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in driving outcomes on Workers Compensation Life and/or CTP claims
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
