**Your opportunity**:
As our valued Legal Contract Manager_,_ you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless management and execution of our legal contracts. You’ll draw on your expertise in contract law, negotiation skills, and attention to detail to effectively manage contract lifecycles, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
**You'll make impact by**:
- Streamlining and coordinating all legal documentation processes and providing consistent and timely responses to escalations, ensuring processes and accountabilities are followed across all regions/vendors.
- Handling escalations for SAED (Legal) matters for both site-specific issues and maintaining a consistent national approach to SAED (Legal) issues.
- Managing the Legal Service Provider and SAED vendors in relation to procedures and escalations.
- Engaging internally with all members of the property team, state deployment managers, and state SAED managers to ensure a consistent approach to SAED issues and coordination of efforts to achieve property team goals. Reviewing and responding to Schedule 3 notices.
- Always being on the lookout to improve the way we work, and speaking up with suggestions for a better way, with the aim of exceeding our customers’ expectations.
**What you’ll bring**:
- 3+ years of experience with legal project operations and management in-house or at a law firm is preferred.
- Paralegal, Legal Exec, Junior Lawyer would be preferable
- Prior experience in dealing with legal playbooks, precedents, and policies.
- Demonstrated ability to independently progress projects or working in a cross-functional role
- Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally (e.g., finance, legal and technology).
- Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple deadlines.
- Well-organised with excellent planning skills, particularly the ability to set clear priorities, monitor and achieve specified outcomes.
- Genuine team player with demonstrated relationship-building skills.
- A strong desire to contribute to the development and implementation of the long and short-term goals of TPG.
**Ideally, you will also have**:
- Law degree or qualification.
- Experience in a Paralegal, Legal Exec, Junior Lawyer role.
