Head of Partnerships

Support our outsourced inbound teams on the Gold Coast and Hunter Valley
- Job based in either QLD or NSW Strategic partnership role

**How will I help?**

In this newly created position, you’ll make it easier for our outsourced team to deliver great outcomes for our customers. Partnering closely with our internal leaders and external teams, you’ll have the opportunity to create and deliver strategies in a channel that is booming due to customer demand.

You’ll provide advice to our leaders based on your strong understanding of the business and it’s needs. The role will see you accountable for governance practices, including issue management and managing key performance indicators, including financial goals in collaboration with Virtual Service and Service Delivery.

**What do I need?**

Your experience will include in depth knowledge of contact centre processes within a customer centric industry. You’ll be able to demonstrate your background in leading large inbound teams, in which you have optimised processes and implemented new performance improvement strategies.

To be successful, you will have fined tuned influencing skills from your vast experience in managing stakeholders and partnering with external providers. You’ll utilise your knowledge of contact centre functions to formulate strategic plans, achieve performance delivery and manage supplier contracts and budgets. Using your risk mindset, you will also understand the compliance requirements and potential risks associated with virtual ways of banking.
