**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Advisor to join our People and Safety team. Reporting to the WHS and Training Lead, you will foster positive relationships across business units to enhance strategic outcomes, build capabilities, and retain high-performing teams. Your responsibilities will include planning and developing engaging learning modules, collaborating with department leaders, and working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create tailored training solutions that ensure employees possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess training needs across various departments and identify skill gaps.
- Design and deliver effective training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Create instructional materials aligned with organisational goals.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, adapting methods to diverse learning styles.
- Develop assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on career development pathways for employees.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Assist in developing mentorship and leadership training initiatives.
- Collaborate with Registered Training Organisations and external training providers.
- Drive continuous improvement in company processes and safety culture.

**Skills, Experience, and Requirements**:

- Substantial experience in leading and developing a Learning and Development function within a complex organisation.
- Proven ability to develop and execute Learning and Development strategies aligned with organisational priorities.
- Experience in creating learning solutions for diverse audiences with varying development needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with enterprise training systems, including LMS and SMS.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong written and presentation skills, tailored to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of relevant safety legislation and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Experience in developing WHS training and reviewing safety legislation.
- Previous experience in healthcare is highly regarded.
