You’ll receive comprehensive training in the office (approx. 6-7 weeks) and then have the flexibility of working from home 5 days a fortnight.
**Salary**: $70,000-$74,500 PLUS super PLUS applicable penalty rates PLUS annual bonus incentive PLUS more
So, what’s the job?
You’ll be a key point of contact for all claims enquiries in the end-to-end management of a claims portfolio you manage
You’ll liaise with multiple internal support teams and provide reports and updates on metrics and team initiatives
You’ll work to meet the KPI’s and quality expectations of the role
You’ll work to keep our business within legislative and operational parameters and ensure a seamless claims process for our customers

You’ll be available to work Monday-Friday on a rotating roster between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (AEST)
You’ll ideally possess previous claims management or financial administration experience
You’ll consistently deliver strong verbally and written communication skills when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
You’ll be a team player and be able to work toward shared goals, managing a delegated workload in addition to ad hoc responsibilities
You’ll have a quick eye and attention for detail, and be able to use that information wisely
