The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Receptionist (Executive Services) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Assists the Executive Coordinator in completing general administration and secretarial duties
- Maintain the Utilisation Management System pool car bookings
- Respond to general customer enquiries as well as for the executive area meeting rooms
- Manage the use of the executive meeting rooms and booking diaries and contribute to the organisation of meetings, including catering arrangements and room bookings

About you

**To be successful in this position you will require**:

- Evidence of vaccination and remain vaccinated against COVID 19
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed

Salary
- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $68 740 - $76 828 per annum
