Exciting opportunity for a skilled Receptionist to join a busy law firm that specialises in many areas of law

**Your new company**
Our client is a boutique Generalist Law firm on the southern end of the Gold Coast and close to the beach. They have an energetic, innovative environment and are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team. The role would be perfect for someone who has worked in Professional Services (Legal, Accounting) and wants to be the first point of contact for a busy firm.

**Your new role**
You will be integral in covering reception and being the face of the firm when clients first come in. You will also provide some administrative support. Duties will include:

- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Greeting and caring for clients
- Collecting, processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Payment receipting and processing
- Data entry
- General administration including filing, archiving and scanning
- Supporting the overflow of secretarial tasks

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:

- Recent experience as a Receptionist in a corporate environment is a must
- Experience working at a law firm is desirable but the firm will also consider someone with an accounting firm background
- Experience in LEAP Practice Management software is an advantage
- Professional presentation
- Impeccable communication skills
- A genuine interest for the legal industry
- An enthusiastic and bubbly nature
