The Opportunity

A full-time role is available at our clinic for a reliable Dental Receptionist with a great work ethic. We are looking for someone to work Monday-Thursday and alternating Sunday afternoons.

Working alongside our wonderful team of clinicians and dental assistants you will use your skills and expertise to help create unique and meaningful patient experiences.

This is a career opportunity not to be missed, with the successful applicant commencing immediately - or on an agreed start date.

To be successful in this role you will be experienced with:

  • Communicating with patients through direct interactions, phone calls and emails in an engaging and professional manner
  • Scheduling patient appointments and managing logistical details such as lab work and deposits
  • Processing payments and claims through Eftpos and Hi-Caps
  • Advocating for our clinicians and promoting the full range of services offered
  • Following up with patients regarding appointments and treatments
  • Keeping thorough records of all patient communications
