We are always looking for curious and motivated talent across varying levels to join our national Research Team. Our immediate interest is in **Research Executives with around 2-5 years of experience**.
**We’re** looking for people who are**:
- Based in either **Sydney** or **Melbourne**:
- Experienced in either qualitative or quantitative methods, or preferably both
- Strong writers, and well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Interested in the political and policy development process, current affairs, and the media
- Collaborative and flexible, with great interpersonal, verbal and listening skills
**Research Tasks can include (among other responsibilities)**:
- Project management of qualitative and quantitative research projects
- Fieldwork, data analysis and reporting
- Conducting in-depth interviews and focus groups; as well as analysis, reporting and presentations
- Preparation of new business proposals and tenders
- Internal tasks including drafting case studies and quality control to ensure ISO obligations are met
- Liaising directly with clients on research projects, attending meetings and contributing to presentations as appropriate
- Developing question lines
- Liaising with field work suppliers and qualitative recruiters
- Working as part of a team to develop research approaches to solve client issues
**Your practical skills and experience should include**:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in an area such as Marketing, Politics, Social Sciences, or Communications
- 2+ years experience in market/social research positions or similar
- Strong analytical skills to absorb complex and technical information and turn it into clear and concise information
- Organisation skills - capable of setting up and adhering to your own system of structuring your workday, prioritising tasks, methodically completing regular tasks and proactive working on the implementation of communications plans
