Research Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Research Manager to coordinate and execute market research studies.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all research projects tasks, including questionnaire design, fieldwork coordination, data processing guidance, and interpretation of the data through reporting and analysis.

They will assist in the research design and proposal process and counsel with clients to ensure successful and efficient project completion.

The Research Manager will help drive actionable results and insights from the data collected, consult clients with tactical findings to address their business needs and wants, and be the incumbent responsible for daily connection with clients from different industries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
  • 3+ years market research experience executing quantitative research studies.
  • Experience across a variety of methodologies, online research is a plus.
  • Client management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client service oriented.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Highly motivated, able to work within tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Experience with SPSS. Ability to use Q would be an advantage, but not a must.
  • Experience managing through problems—identifying causes and developing solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
