The Opportunity

In this role, you'll work across a mix of
international brand tracking
and
ad hoc strategic projects
for services-based clients across financial services and consumer industries. The brand tracking element will give you exposure to multi-market research, while the ad hoc projects will let you dive into fresh business challenges and deliver high-impact insights.

Depending on your level, you'll either be deepening your technical and analytical expertise (SRE) or taking more responsibility for client relationships and project leadership (RM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:
    Build strong relationships with clients, supporting them with strategic insights that go beyond data.
  • Research & Analysis:
    Work across quantitative (SPSS, Q, regression, MaxDiff, choice modelling) and qualitative research, ensuring accurate, insightful outputs.
  • Reporting & Storytelling:
    Turn complex data into engaging, visually compelling presentations with clear, strategic commentary.
  • Project Management:
    Run projects end-to-end — managing timelines, suppliers, deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Account Leadership (RM level):
    Contribute to proposals, support business development, and provide direction to project team members.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: 4–6 years in market research agency-side, with strong quantitative skills and exposure to large tracking studies (CX, NPS, brand).
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in SPSS or Q for data cleaning, weighting, and analysis.
  • Commercial mindset: Ability to connect research findings to client business objectives.
  • Soft skills: Detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable engaging with clients at senior levels.
  • For RM level: proven ability to lead projects independently, manage accounts, and contribute to growth opportunities.
