**The role**:
This Government client is seeking a Change and Communications Specialist to develop a communication and change strategy for both internal and external audiences to support the design, delivery, and lean change initiatives for an IT System Implementation

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Lead the evolution of the Internal & External Communications Strategy and Change plans
- Lead the engagement to ensure all communications and engagement opportunities are identified
- Identify and develop communications opportunities to strengthen strategic relationship
- Coordinate an organisational change management approach for each change initiative
- Develop and publish content, establish and maintain tracking and reporting and support on other projects as required.

**You will need**:

- Strong experience as a Change and Communications Specialist
- Hands-on experience in creating and implementing strategic change and communications plans
- Well developed communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation and project organisational skills
- Previous Government experience would be advantageous
- PROSCI qualification or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills - articulate with the written and spoken word.
