**About the opportunity...**

As a Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in delivering meaningful, customer-centric software experiences. Working closely with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and key stakeholders, you will transform insights into well-defined product features that solve real problems and drive business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and business goals to shape product requirements.
- Collaborate with Designers and Product Managers to map user journeys, model business processes, and understand system dependencies.
- Leverage customer-centric methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, to refine product direction and validate outcomes.
- Facilitate design and requirements workshops with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Architecture, and Engineering.
- Write and manage epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria to support a refined, sprint-ready backlog.
- Lead estimation and refinement sessions, and actively participate in all Agile ceremonies.
- Provide continuous feedback to developers and support ongoing delivery with regular acceptance and regression testing.
- Champion agile values within the Scrum team
- Contribute to successful releases through coordination, training, and communication across the business.
- Ensure product delivery aligns with security and privacy policies.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Proven success working in Agile teams and writing detailed user stories.
- Experience or familiarity with Human Resources software or practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in raising issues and proposing practical solutions.
- Able to produce clear, well-organized documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
