What is the role?
We’re seeking a casual Talent Administrator to join our HQ People team.
As a Talent Administrator, you will play a key role in screening potential Lorna Jane team members and collaborating with State Leaders to fill active roles within our network. This position is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about people and eager to contribute to the growth of our LJ team in stores.
What You’ll be doing
**As our Talent Administrator you’ll**:

- Working closely with State Leaders to fill roles
- Supporting the Talent Lead with various recruitment tasks

Who We’re Looking For
**We’re seeking someone who has**:

- Students or graduates of Human Resources, Business, or Administration degrees or certificates
- Individuals with previous recruitment experience
- Anyone passionate about people and looking to start a career in recruitment and HR
