We have an immediate and exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our SD Motors Sales team.

**About the role;**
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will have exceptional service to all customers in a professional and personable fashion - meet and greet, directing, communicating and attending to waiting customers and the provision of refreshments. Ad-hoc duties will be required which may include processing registrations, stock ordering and administrative support to the sales team.

**About you**:
To be successful in your new role you'll have/be:

- Excellent customer service
- Previous experience in hospitality will be highly regarded
- Strong time management and organisational skills are a must
- Outstanding attention to detail
- A team player mentality, with an enthusiasm to become involved in the business
- A professional and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Solid MS Office and general computer skills.

Experience within an automotive dealership and familiarity with vehicle registration and CRM database management will be looked upon favourably but not essential.
