What You'll Do:

- Connect with homeowners and businesses to educate them about solar energy benefits.
- Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to assess energy needs.
- Develop customized solar solutions that meet customer goals.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Collaborate with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with the best options.

Your Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in renewable energy or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Passion for sustainability and clean energy initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- In home sales: 1 year (preferred)
