Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building strong relationships with clients? If so, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Home Loan Specialist to join our growing team

**Responsibilities**
- Guide members through the lending process, from pre-qualification to closing.
- Analyse financial information and recommend suitable personal or home loan options.
- Negotiate competitive rates and terms with lenders.
- Maintain excellent communication and build strong rapport with clients.
- Contribute to the growth of our team by exceeding sales targets.

**About You**
- Minimum 12 months** **experience as a personal or home loan specialist or a similar role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Passion for helping others and a positive attitude.
- This is an in-branch role - you must be able to work 5 days a week in our Newcastle branch
