Team Overview:
You'll lead a team responsible for rider growth, ensuring rider experience, and managing rider acquisition and engagement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your strong analytical skills to drive growth and improve the rider experience. We're looking for a data-driven, creative problem solver with a passion for operations management and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Role Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement rider acquisition, engagement and retention strategies
- Monitor rider trends and adjust operations to meet demand
- Manage rider growth, onboarding and retention
- Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve rider experience and resolve issue

Role Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make business decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the ride-sharing industry and experience working with drivers or riders is a plus
