Our client, a leading organization in the retail industry, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing customer service, supply chain operations, and implementing robust systems and processes to drive efficiency. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead multi-departmental operations, ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration between conflicting departments.
- Oversee operations, including warehousing and manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on lean concepts and process control.
- Utilize your expertise in IT systems, particularly Netsuite ERP, to drive improvements in KPIs, structure, and overall operational performance.
- Implement and optimize automated warehousing and manufacturing systems, including robotic systems, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Take charge of managing customer service operations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Foster effective communication and understanding across teams, acting as a leader of people and promoting a fast-paced, action-oriented culture.
- Identify progression opportunities and contribute to the growth of the business as it expands.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, with expertise in warehousing/manufacturing operations and lean concepts.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, particularly Netsuite ERP, and the ability to leverage technology to optimize operations.
- Familiarity with automated warehousing and manufacturing systems, including robotic systems, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and fast-paced approach, with a track record of taking action and driving results.
- Ability to navigate through change and stabilize operations during periods of significant transformation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Process-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence.
