Due to continued growth, **Melville Hyundai** have an exciting opportunity for an **Administration Assistant** to support our Aftercare department.

As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the overall effectiveness of our administrative processes. You will work closely with various teams and departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination to drive productivity and success.

**You**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
