We are currently looking for an experienced Administration and Data Manager who can lead by example to join our RTO based in Parramatta. This role requires someone who is a natural born leader and who can demonstrate their solid knowledge of the VET Sector, claiming, reporting, VET Compliance, and Contracts.

Position Summary

This busy role will see you overseeing the admin’s daily operational activities to ensure everything runs smoothly, by implementing the daily operational activities of the team, including record keeping, data entry, all contractual changes, invoicing and to make sure the RTO is compliant at all times. This position is Sydney based and offers FWA. This is a great opportunity to join a progressive and rapidly expanding company where you can shine

The holder of the position will be responsible for, but not limited to;
Lead, oversee and motivate the administration team to achieve organisational objectives, targets, KPIs and reporting requirements
Be first point of contact for all internal teams in regard to administrational troubleshooting and decision making
Manage the data integrity of the RTO system and compile and devise reports as required
Manage invoicing and credit notes in an accurate and timely manner ensuring all course commencements and progressions are invoiced and claimed on time
Managing the claiming process by raising, submitting and reviewing claims across all funding agreements and personal student fees payable to maximize funding outcomes
Ensure that our RTO complies with the standards which are set by the relevant governing bodies, and that we are ready for audit at any time
Make sure that accurate testamurs and statements of attainment are being issued on completion as per AQF requirements
Assist with an internal and external audit annually and as required
Oversee correct enrolment of all participants and monitor participant progress to ensure they complete on time
Design and implement processes, systems and procedures for government contracts and client needs
Ensure that Training Administrators, Trainee and all other relevant stakeholders are notified of changes to funding body requirements and associated processes
Monthly review of student management system vs funding body databases (eg smart and skilled, Skills Capital and QLD DET PQS) to ensure accuracy and completeness of internal dat

**Requirements**:
3+ years Education/RTO exposure
Experience using JobReady+
Certificate IV TAE
Solid knowledge of the VET sector
Good understanding of compliance
Student management and AVETMISS system knowledge
Solid understanding of Smart and Skilled, Skills Capital and QLD DET PQS
Time management and organisational skills
Ability to maintain strong relationships
Ability to adapt to change and manage complex systems
