An experienced RTO administrator to maintain the administrative functions of the RTO. You will be responsible for managing students and clients while ensuring RTO is compliant at all times.

**Responsibilities**:
Experience in student support and RTO administration-related duties and responsibilities

Assist in training management including scheduling of sessions, student monitoring, and completions.

Training resources management, including materials printing, organising, and related logistics

Maintenance of student data and files in accordance with RTO policies and compliance

Providing excellent customer service to students including responding to general queries, processing enrolments, issuing training plans, generating certificates/statement of results, and follow-ups

Maintain student records in axcelera(Student management system)

Other administrative duties include but are not limited to filing, data entry, and scanning

To Be Successful You Should Have

Knowledge of the VET sector and skills for maintaining compliance

Experience in a similar administrator role in an RTO that offers courses to domestic students

Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team

Computer literacy with a minimum of intermediate skills in Microsoft programs

Experience in using Student management systems such as axcelerate

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parramatta, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
