Commercial Manager, Brands - Bras N Things & Sheridan | Sydney Inner

We are on the hunt for a Commercial Manager to provide commercial and strategic support with the objective to optimise brand contribution and inventory turns for the Sheridan and BNT brands. Working closely with brands, planning and buying you will also be responsible for providing accurate financial forecasts, optimize gross margins and developing a strong S&OP and integrated brand planning process across the brands. You will have an ability to coach and provoke thought leadership with exceptional analytical skills and understanding of business decisions.
What are we (ideally) looking for
Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, economics or similar, with experience in a comparable commercial manager role
Strong negotiations skills with an understanding of retail buying and planning and analytics
Well honed influencing skills and interpersonals with an ability to lead and collaborate with people at all levels
Effective organisational and management skills with an ability to deal with ambiguity
Strong computer literacy - advanced excel skills and knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI desirable.
