Role Description

This is a full-time office based role for a Commercial Estimator located in Pyrmont, NSW. The Commercial Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates for various construction projects. Daily tasks include reviewing project plans and specifications, conducting site visits, collaborating with project managers, and obtaining competitive subcontractor bids. The role also involves developing project budgets, managing pricing and costs, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Fit Out and Construction Estimating - min 3 years
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and managing project costs
  • Knowledge in construction of roofs and related building components
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work at our office in Pyrmont, NSW
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the commercial fit-out or refurbishment industry is a MUST
