**About the Role**:
Exciting opportunity for a **People & Culture Operations Manager, SE Region to join our thriving SE Region (VIC, NSW and SA) Projects team**. You will contribute to the design and strategic direction of the operational HR plan and identify actions to support whilst delivering local HR initiatives to enable business objectives.

Working closely with the local leadership team. You will provide HR strategic context and understanding of specific business plan requirements and enable HR solutions in the context of the broader DT Infrastructure people agenda. Engage with functional specialists to facilitate successful business outcomes through the proactive transfer of information and enabling relationships with the business.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Exhibit ‘hands on’ experience in a related human resources management / Senior business partner role operating as an effective HR professional and being viewed as a credible, trusted advisor and leader of people.
- Experience in providing innovative solutions and leading change to promote value-added growth; sound understanding of contemporary HR management and workplace relations.
- Demonstrate integrity in all interactions, leading by example and confronting behaviour at odds with the Company values.
- Take accountability for own actions and actions of the wider HR team, address commitments with decisiveness, responsibility and appropriate level of efficiency and reliability.
- An ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and colleagues to support delivery and create business value.
- Have an ability to build and maintain a wide knowledge and understanding of the business environment and strategies, translating these into specific HR tactics and actions.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge and ability to interpret legislation and other technical information. Display the ability to provide credible advice. Demonstrate experience with conducting detailed investigative or audit work to support business culture and outcomes.

**About You**:

- Bachelor of Human Resources and/or Business Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years’ experience in similar role in the engineer, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
- Be able to translate business strategy and people plan into effective HR management interventions.
- Understand the dynamics that are critical to the success of business.
- Develop analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Have strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Have a strong working knowledge of Industrial Relations / Labour Law, HR processes and systems.
- Demonstrate high levels of self-discipline, self-motivation, energy, and initiative.
