Reporting to the CEO, and as a key member of the Management team, your role will be vital to the delivery of special projects, strategies, and overall management of the HR function across the broader business.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Manage the employee life-cycle including recruitment, L&D, performance management and employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement across the company.
- Lead and develop strategic people / HR plans, including performance and succession planning.
- Manage and drive WHS.
- Develop, drive and promote an effective improvement culture throughout the organisation.
- Audit and report on HR systems.
- Assist with payroll related issues and support.
- Provide monthly reports to the CEO.

To be successful in this role, you will have minimum of 5+ years experience in a HR Generalist position. To compliment your tertiary qualifications, you will have proven knowledge of Industrial relations in a medium to large organisation. You will be “hands on” as you design, implement and drive programs to a broad range of stakeholders. Lastly, you will have a keen interest in the community/human services sector.
