**About the role at Automic Group**

As a P&C Operations Specialist, you will join a small and mighty People & Culture (P&C) team. A team that is building, shaping and enabling Automic’s growth as we transition horizons from startup to growth phase.

You will have 3 main areas of responsibility: delivering all the P&C operational activities across all elements of the employee lifecycle; HR reporting and analytics; and supporting the implementation of a HCM system improving our employee experience and increasing efficiency in the way we work as a team.

**Seniority**

Mid Level - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically after 2-5 years of experience.

**Core Responsibilities**
- HR Query Handling - Promptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies
- HR Process Management and Improvement - Implement and improve HR policies, technology and initiatives
- HR Analytics and Advisory - Record, track, and analyze human resource metrics to drive insights and recommendations for policies, processes, and systems

- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems
