We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Hand to join the F&B team for the Winter Ski Season

You must have solid experience working within a busy kitchen in a hotel or resort situation.

This is also a physically demanding job so applicants will need to be fit and capable of working in a very busy environment

**The role of Kitchen Hand entails**
- **Washing Dishes, Scrubbing Pots, Pans and other kitchen utensils**:

- **Maintaining the cleanliness of the entire Kitchen Area**:

- **Working quickly and safely with mínimal supervision**:

- **Good communication skills & Able to work under pressure**:

- **Assisting Chef's and F&B staff as required**

You must be physically healthy, trustworthy, punctual, reliable and willing to work in a team environment

Applicants must be available for the entire winter ski season and be prepared to work a six day week.

The position requires some split shifts but mainly evening work.

Award Wages, Allowances, Superannuation and a shared accommodation and meals package is available to successful applicants.

Subsidized on mountain accommodation and meals available
