**About the role**

We are looking for a **Delivery Lead** with a strong background in agile delivery, banking, and mobile development to coordinate squads, manage delivery to schedule and budget, and drive strategic business outcomes. The role involves acting as Scrum Master, managing cross-domain dependencies, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and team performance.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for;
- Function as the technical leader with agile background able to manage day-to-day resourcing and delivery expectations to schedule and budget with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Facilitating the liaison between business and technology, coordinating complex and strategic initiatives
- Assisting squads in defining and planning work to achieve prioritised business outcomes
- Coordinating the squad's backlog and road map to reduce duplication of effort and expedite the resolution of blockers
- Preparing inputs for Domain Forums, with a focus on cross-domain dependencies
- Functioning as the Scrum Master, guiding the team in agile methodologies, and addressing team dynamics to ensure productivity
- Prioritising features, stories, and epics in the backlog in alignment with business outcomes
- Implementing the best methods to resolve project blockers and risks
- Making key decisions during Scrum ceremonies to guide the team's workflow and dynamics
- Aligning financial decisions with budget constraints, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Deciding on appropriate strategies for stakeholder communication and engagement
- Defining and implementing processes for quality control, progress communication, and stakeholder management
- Determining the strategic approach for the management and coordination of squads across multiple domain.

**Essential Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will require;
- Must have banking & finance background
- Must have Mobile Delivery experience
