**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Overview**:

- Responsible for managing overall delivery, budget and timelines as well as ensuring there is effective communication between the development/agile team and the management/governance layer. Removes
- impediments and blockers that sit outside the remit of the agile team.

**Key Responsibilities (please screen according to the selection criteria)**:

- Manage the delivery of the business case
- Manage and empower the Scrum Master and resolve problems escalated by the Scrum Master
- Manage UI and UX Design activities and then transfer implementation to the agile team
- Managing risk and any issues as they arise, escalating to Program Manager, Senior Business or technical roles as required. This includes if there is a lack of time commitment by Product Owner. Risks and issues should be recorded and reviewed weekly.
- Project planning and scheduling, but not detailed task planning. Creates detailed project time and cost estimates. Creates Project Initiation Document.
- Managing project budget and on-going program / project governance and reporting
- Coordinate other departments and teams to get team logistics setup and including setting up dev environment, infrastructure
- Communicating with senior management and the project governance authorities (Business Sponsor, project board, steering committee, etc.) with the frequency and formality that they deem necessary
- Monitor organisational change management activities
- Work with PMO in setting up Zeno.PM project, cost centres, charge codes, timesheet process etc
- All overall reporting (progress, financials, risks, issues etc) should be done in Zeno.PM tool as a minimum. Project Manager must attend Zeno.PM training. In specific reporting to Program Manager
- Manage deployment preparation activities including signoff of the delivery acceptance certificate
- Manager Project Closure activities including authoring the Project Closure Document
