What this job involves '
Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for an Analyst to join our highly successful Retail Investments, Living Capital Markets team.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Manage a range of critical and analytical tasks, undertaking detailed due diligence of Living sector properties including Build to Rent, Student Accommodation, Co-Living and Senior’s Living.
Oversee and manage the end-to-end campaign processes handling preparation of materials, financial modelling and purchaser RFIs to achieve a successful sale outcome
Work with internal and external stakeholders to form an opinion on property value and appropriate return metrics
Financial modelling skills are required
Source, collect and collate sales evidence on a national basis and preparation of detailed Sale Analyses
Work with the JLL Research team and internal stakeholders to innovate our living material, presentations and client distributions Oversee and manage the end-to-end campaign processes handling preparation of materials, financial modelling and purchaser RFIs to achieve a successful sale outcome

**Skills & Experience**:
Strong computer literate skills in PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
Strong analytical ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem solving
Planning and organisation
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and to tight deadlines
Promote open, constructive and collaborative relations with colleagues, clients and the wider business community
Confident, outgoing disposition with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in team environment
