**The opportunity**:
Analysts are appointed so that Non-Custodial Investments team can support the processes associated to the Multi-Asset Portfolio Service (MAPS). The incumbent’s role will include liaison with external parties and advisers to coordinate a successful takeover of non-custodial asset administration, and other tasks which contribute toward successfully managing all non-custodial investments. This role is located in the Melbourne CBD at Netwealth HQ.

**About you**:

- You have a solid understanding of ASX securities (including warrants, LICs, ETFs), bonds, managed funds and other unlisted assets;
- You possess the willingness to learn investment administration, including initial investments, redemptions, capital call payments, committed capital and how this works, asset valuation, distributions, corporate actions, etc
- You take pride in strong attention to detail including clarifying the detail of tasks, checking inputs outputs for accuracy and completeness, following established procedures.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills - Adjusting language and terminology to the characteristics and needs of the audience.
- WRAP/Super platform experience highly regarded.

**You will**:

- Manage multiple requirements and work closely with various third parties who each have their own processes some of which can be very bespoke.
- Manage conflicting priorities and competing deadlines within SLA
- Maintain a client centric approach to ensure we can identify and react to their evolving needs
- Verifying, reconciling, and importing of historical asset data into client portfolios
