**About the role**

We're seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium residential precinct located in Port Melbourne.

This is a full-time role that involves managing the maintenance, security, and overall well-being of the buildings and its residents.

**What you'll be doing**
- Coordinate and oversee the work of external service providers, such as cleaners, gardeners, and contractors, to ensure the property is well-maintained
- Oversee the onsite personnel assigned to various sites
- Respond to and resolve resident queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Manage building access, security, and CCTV systems to ensure the safety of residents
- Conduct regular building inspections and identify any maintenance or repair requirements
- Liaise with the strata management team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and by-laws
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to the building's operations
- Participate in the planning, implementation and managing of building improvement projects

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a building management or facilities management role
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, safety, and security protocols
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with residents and external stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of relevant building management software and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in building management or a related field would be highly regarded

**What we offer**

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
