If this sounds like you, we have an ongoing opportunity available to work as a Building Modifications Officer with our Buildings Appeals Board.
This is a fast paced and multi-faceted role with interesting and wide-ranging exposure to the building regulations, Building Code of Australia and related legislation, whilst working directly with some of Victoria's most respected building industry professional

**Who we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated experience and understanding of the Victorian Building Regulatory framework and relevant legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in a building related or similar environment, such as private or municipal building spheres
- Demonstrated administration skills with the ability to prepare clear, concise and accurate reports, and other written communication and recommendations on technical and non-technical issues, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong customer focus and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, with integrity and fairness
