- BAMS (Building activity management System) and responding to enquiries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

**Who are we looking for**
- Previous experience in a similar role involving data processing, with experience in providing guidance to clients.
- Proven ability to identify trends and gaps in data and information.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to liaise and communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, provide high levels of customer service with the ability to handle sensitive matters with diplomacy and tact.
