**Position Title**: Building Performance Specialist (Sustainability and Property)

**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Position Location**: Melbourne CBD (Hybrid - mixed work from home and Office based)

As a **_Building Performance Specialist_**, your role will be to collaborate with a team of Building Performance Specialists to deliver several simultaneous projects under the leadership of a Project Director. You will work in an Engineering Data Analyst role. You will have guidance from senior engineers, assisting project peers and supportive team members (including freelance engineers).

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Work with complex data
- Take initiative on assigned tasks and be responsible for your own time management and the completion and quality of your work
- Ability to attend a project site, which may require local, state and national travel.
- Embrace a supportive culture supporting our interstate teams through collaboration and a transparent business approach.
- Deliver performance specifications, reporting and liaise with the client.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Attention to detail
- 3+ years of Building Services/Sustainability specific experience
- Any skills undertaking NABERS assessments is beneficial
- Genuine interest in Sustainability and building services optimisation
- Extensive Microsoft office and database management skills
- Sound teamwork, communication skills and a commitment to quality
- Strong analytical skills, computer literacy and proficiency in both verbal and written communication

**Role Requirements**:

- Australian citizenship/residency
- Tertiary qualification/s in Engineering will be well regarded
- Hybrid workplace consisting of Office, Work from Home and Site Visits

**Salary**: $68,757.64 - $163,000.40 per year
