We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Level 3 Dietitian** to join headspace and Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) delivering high-quality, evidence-based clinical nutrition care to young people on the coast —particularly with a focus on supporting young people aged 12-25.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and innovative health service, offering both clinical expertise and leadership across a diverse caseload.

***About the Role**

As a Level 3 Dietitian, you will plan, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive medical nutrition therapy within headspace & CCLHD in accordance with the **Dietitians Australia Code of Professional Conduct** and **Statement of Ethical Practice**. You will play a key role in supervising Level 1/2 Dietitians, guiding Allied Health Assistants, and driving quality improvement and research initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert clinical dietetic assessment, education, and intervention to inpatients and outpatients.
- Deliver specialist nutrition services to support the health and wellbeing of young people (ages 12-25).
- Lead quality improvement projects and contribute to ongoing research within the department.
- Clinically supervise junior dietitians and support staff, ensuring best practice standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, person-centred care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation in line with health service policies.

**About You**
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics that provides for full membership of Dietitians Australia and substantial postgraduate experience in a range of clinical areas and up to date knowledge of dietetic and food service practices.
- Demonstrated ability to innovatively lead team tasks, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, professional development and research.
- You are a skilled and compassionate clinician with a strong interest in youth health. You bring advanced clinical reasoning, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a supportive leadership style that encourages learning and excellence in practice.
- Unrestricted NSW drivers Licence
