Responsibilities Coordinate office systems and procedures to maintain smooth operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and respond effectively to enquiries.
Prepare, manipulate, and manage key documents and communications.
Take and distribute minutes for meetings and maintain up-to-date records.
Assist senior officers and contribute to team quality improvement activities.
Undertake patient billing processes with accuracy and care.
About You Proven customer service skills with positive and professional interactions.
Team player who works well to achieve shared goals.
Problem solving using established methods and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and data entry.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
