**The Role**:
Maxima, and our Host Employer, are looking for a dedicated individual to undertake a Business Administration Traineeship.

This 18-month fulltime position, located within the eastern city fringe, will enable you to develop relevant skills and knowledge within the industry through working hands-on, and support this with study on-the-job towards a nationally recognised
**Certificate III in Business.**

**Duties Include**:

- Answer incoming calls
- Respond to internal and external enquiries
- Generate and follow up quotes
- Prepare client correspondence
- Provide updates on client status reports
- Assist with customer complaints, escalating where required
- Additional administrative duties including board room preparation and stationery maintenance

**About You**:

- Passion for creating a positive customer experience
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail
- Effective time management skills

**Role Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience (highly desirable)
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Strong computer knowledge
