**Accounts Administration Officer — Part-time**

We are looking for an experienced, multi-tasking and mature minded Accounts Administration Officer with a high level of integrity and trust to join our small Design & Construction company based at our Head Office in Karana Downs (4306).

If you are local, tired of the frustrating daily traffic commute and want an opportunity to step back from full-time corporate life, you may be who we are looking for.

**This position requires**:

- 15-20 hours per week (taken as 3 days/week, but flexible for the right person)
- A minimum of 5 year's experience in a similar position (with using MYOB being essential)
- Good communication skills
- You to be computer literate, have sound mathematical skills, high administration/organisational skills and be team focused in a small office
- You to be able to work without supervision, handle pressure and work to deadlines.

**Administration Responsibilities (but not exclusive of)**:

- General administrative duties and organised office management
- Administer assistance for other staff members
- Work with CEO on all aspects, along with regular reporting and PA tasks
- Strong marketing interest and understanding importance of business development
- Initial point of contact for client enquiries (good PR skills)
- Excited by Industry leadership and continual product improvement

**Account Responsibilities (but not exclusive of)**:

- MYOB data entry for Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Daily sales and Bank reconciliation in MYOB
- Preparing operations reports monthly
- Maintaining a daily cash flow
