**About the role**:
Trade Payments is Shift’s solution for Businesses that provide trade credit to their customers. The purpose of the Customer Support Associate role is to help the Trade Team with the daily operations and help our customers (Buyers) to signup, use their facility and provide support.- Managing change requests on customer accounts (Credit Limit Increases, Changes to Payment Days, requests for data)-
- Ensuring that payments are processed correctly each day in the Equipment Line/Fit out products-
- Managing an end of day checklist, ensuring Trade is operating in line with expectations-
- Ensuring that payments are processed correctly each day for the Trade product including verification activities-
- Providing an exceptional customer experience focused on achieving the desired customer outcomes-
- Providing front line support to troubleshoot customers enquiries to ensure a frictionless platform experience-
