**Your new company**
Based in Melbourne’s CBD, this government organisation plays a crucial role owning infrastructure and assets across Victoria, who are seeking an Organisational Development Manager to engage and lead strategic D&I, OD and Learning initiatives on a permanent basis.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated Organisational Development and Learning experience, across a diverse range of business units
- Established experience leading Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Proven people management experience within OD and Learning environments
- Previous experience across a diverse range of industries, including Local, State and Federal Government which are highly regarded, however not essential
**What you'll get in return**
As an imperative member of the People & Culture division, you will play critical role leading and driving D&I, OD and Learning initiatives across the organisations, while also leading a team of two direct reports.
