The Procurement Branch at DEECA are looking to positively change their culture and operationalise an enterprise-wide procurement capability framework. This will be a rewarding role, supporting the Chief Procurement Officer to shape the future of DEECA's procurement function. If you think you have what it takes, we would love to hear from you.

**Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of learning and development strategies and programs including leadership development and culture enhancement initiatives.
- Advanced understanding of managing change and project management to ensure successful implementation of projects/initiatives.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Change Management, Psychology, or alternative field related to Organisational Development.
- Foundational understanding and/or experience within procurement would be advantageous.

**This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2025. The work location for this position is 2 Lonsdale Street Melbourne, with hybrid work arrangements available.**
